Administrative team

This 8-person team is under the supervision of the Administrative and Financial Manager Cécile MASSIT. They carry out tasks such as clerical work, financial management, human resources, training, etc. More generally, the administrative team closely assists the GIN staff on all information and recommendations pertaining to administrative and financial issues.
 

Fonctions

Amélie Danfossy, Céline Feugas, Margaret Pras, Nathalie Sanfilippo, Nathalie Scher and Marie-Claude Zanoni work on the administrative and accounting activities of the Institute, research teams and platforms. They also negotiate maintenance contracts for the Institute’s equipment.

The different research teams and/or platforms are managed by one person administratively and financially, which allows them to be assisted by a specifically dedicated staff.

Véronique Raymond is more specifically in charge of human resources administration (staff recruitment, intern hosting and internship agreements, staff file monitoring, etc.) for the whole Institute. Moreover, she is the training supervisor for the whole Institute.

More generally, the administrative team closely assists GIN staff on all information and recommendations pertaining to administrative and financial issues.
